Mergers & Acquisitions

Moorcroft Services international client companies wish to establish themselves on the Romanian market quickly and cost-effectively. For many this means acquiring a share in an existing Romanian company and/or their assets. In response Moorcroft Services have established a Mergers and Acquisitions Division. Our local knowledge and contact network within the Banking and Finance Sector enable Moorcroft to identify M&A opportunities in the local market.

We research potential target companies that may be seeking partners or investors to expand their businesses locally and internationally. We work with our clients to agree a shortlist of companies whom we then discreetly approach to gauge their potential interest. We co-ordinate and facilitate communication throughout the entire acquisition process through to transaction signing and where required, we recommend independent companies with suitable expertise in Financial and Legal Due Diligence.

We work with clients from all sectors of industry and business from mining, energy, government-backed projects, FMCG, food production and processing, engineering and manufacturing through to IT&C, logistics and distribution and financial services. Our current portfolio includes deal sizes from 1 million Euros to 200 million.

We also provide local companies with fund-raising (both debt and equity) advice through our knowledge of local and international investment funds and relationships with banks.
